Hello again! This week's update will be short and sweet, just like the upcoming school week! Here's the latest news in first grade:
- October Scholastic book order catalogs went home Friday. All orders are due Wednesday, October 26.
- Thursday, October 27 is first grade Choice Day! First graders may redeem 25 signatures for the privilege of wearing crazy hair to school.
- First graders will be concluding our unit on Night Time Creatures with Spider Day on Thursday. All five first grade teachers will rotate through each classroom with a special spider craft or activity. An orange sheet went home in your first grader's red folder with details and a list of supplies we will be needing. Thank you for any supplies you are able to contribute!
- Monday, October 24-First grade Character Cadets meeting at 7:35 a.m. in Room 304, PTA meeting at 6:30
- Wednesday, October 26-Scholastic book orders due
- Thursday, October 27-First grade Spider Day, PTA Fall Parties, first grade Choice Day (25 signatures)
- Friday, October 28-No school
